Notice of public hearing- Charter Communications franchise agreement
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Marcellus
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Marcellus
will hold a Public Hearing on May 20, 2026, at 6:30p.m. at the Marcellus Town Hall, 22 E. Main Street, Marcellus, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and
between the Town of Marcellus and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.
A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the
Clerk’s office, 22 E Main Street, Marcellus, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will
be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
