NOW HIRING: MACHINE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
The Town of Marcellus Highway Department is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join the team as a Machine Equipment Operator (MEO)!
This full-time position includes operating highway & construction equipment, snowplowing & winter maintenance, road & drainage work, roadside maintenance, equipment care, & other highway department duties.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a valid New York State CDL
- Has experience operating heavy equipment
- Is mechanically inclined & safety-minded
- Can work independently & as part of a team
- Is willing to work weekends, overtime & emergency call-ins when needed
